Headway is a secure platform I use to handle insurance verification, billing, and claims.

If you’re using insurance, you’ll receive a brief email from Headway to create a simple profile and sign a few consent forms so your coverage can be verified. This is a one-time setup that allows insurance billing to be processed smoothly behind the scenes.

Most clients only use Headway during this initial step. After that, we meet directly for therapy, and you typically won’t need to log in again unless you want to update your information or message me through the platform.

Headway simply manages the administrative side so we can focus fully on your care.

If your insurance is out of network, I’m not able to bill your plan directly. In that case, private pay options are available, and I’ll reach out to discuss next steps so you can decide what feels right for you. There’s no obligation to move forward with self-pay services.
